3 Weight Watchers Brunch Ideas To Try This Spring
Sometimes when I’m trying to think of what new content to make each month, I’ll search Pinterest for trending ideas.
And apparently brunch is a huge spring thing. And I honestly never connected spring with being specifically brunch season, but I guess it does make sense now that I think about.
And so below I’m sharing 3 of my favorite WW friendly brunch recipes.
If you’ve never made something sweet in your slow cooker you might be surprised by how well it works. This slow cooker coffee cake is perfect for a sweet breakfast treat. And if you have any leftovers it makes a great dessert.
If you prefer something savory for brunch this Classic Shakshuka will hit the spot. I just love how the richness of the eggs pairs with the acidity of the tomato.
If you have never made a Dutch Baby before, you have to give it a try. The way it puffs up coming out of the oven is an incredible way to show off for brunch guests (it looks so hard but is is actually so easy.
My friend Mark picked up an enameled cast iron casserole pot a couple years ago at the Lodge Foundry in West Pittsburg, Tennessee. I thought it would be fun to have him write about what he learned using it.
Here is our latest WW meal plan. Let me know down in the comments if there is other stuff you would like to see.
